Our journey started in 1992, when my father arrived in Bangalore with nothing but determination and a dream to support our family. With no big resources, just skill and hard work, he began as a tiles and granite contractor. Slowly, through dedication and word-of-mouth trust, he expanded into painting, small carpentry work, and other home improvement services. Every project he completed wasn’t just a job — it was a step toward building a better life for us and a stronger reputation in the city.

In 2014, I — Ranveer R Pandit — stepped into the industry right after my formal education. I didn’t start in an office; I started on-site as a supervisor, learning directly from real-world work, handling live site execution in interior planning, plumbing, tiling, carpentry, and more. These years taught me that true expertise comes not from books alone but from working shoulder-to-shoulder with skilled craftsmen, solving challenges on the spot, and understanding clients’ needs deeply.

Today, as the second generation leading RLK Housing, I carry forward my father’s values — integrity, hard work, and respect for every client — while bringing in modern design concepts, advanced techniques, and a fresh, young approach to the business.
